Upon arrival at Chandler’s Cottage, you’ll know instantly that it will be hard to leave! The outdoor spaces are classic vacation zones designed to keep you entertained for the extent of your stay. A driveway with parking for 3 vehicles leads to the graveled backyard area where you’ll find a solo stove firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs underneath rows of twinkle lights. There’s also a grassy space for playing lawn games and a large deck with a flat-top propane grill, a dining table for 6, and additional lounge chairs. The front of the house is situated directly across from a wooded field that will remain undeveloped, for the enjoyment of guests and homeowners along “Walk in the Woods Lane”. North-facing and shaded, this porch includes the oversized porch swing and comfy lounge chairs, encouraging hours of reading, talking, and watching squirrels and birds. Wrapping around to the West side of the house, the screened porch includes a loveseat and chairs around a coffee table, facing a beautiful brick gas fireplace and a Roku television.

Inside, the first floor boasts an upscale kitchen with granite countertops, an enormous Electrolux fridge and freezer, and cabinet space to store any groceries you brought along. The dining space is furnished with pillows on a built-in bench on one side and 5 dining chairs around the others. 3 barstools are situated nearby at the island, making seating for your whole group possible and comfortable! The kitchen and dining space open up to the living room with 2 sofas and 2 swiveling armchairs, flanking a large coffee table, Roku television, and an indoor, smokeless fireplace that operates with the push of a button.

Also on the first floor are an under-stair play cubby for the little ones, a powder bathroom, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. There’s also a separate utility room with hooks, shelves, and cubbies for storing your gear. In this room, you’ll find 4 lawn chairs and a stash of various sports balls that you may take along for your Carlton Landing adventures.

The primary suite is also located on the first floor. It is truly huge, with an elevated ceiling, a king bed, plenty of storage for your belongings, a Roku television, and black-out blinds. This room includes an ensuite bathroom with a granite double vanity, a separate toilet room, and a large walk-in tiled shower with a granite bench and multiple shower heads.

Upstairs the luxury continues with 2 guest bedrooms equipped with King beds, additional seating, and plenty of storage space. The landing area of the second level boasts a gaming nook with a built-in hardwood bench, shelves with loads of games, and round table, and a Roku television. Just off this gaming area, there is a full bathroom with granite double vanities and a tiled shower. The 3rd upstairs bedroom is a bunk room with 3 sets of built-in hardwood bunks of exceptional quality. Each of the 6 individual sleeping spaces boasts a double mattress, storage drawers, shelves, sconces, and electrical plugs. This room has its own full bathroom with double granite vanities and a shower/tub combo.

Tower Court Pool is a quick 3-minute walk down the sidewalk and the tennis courts and walking trails are also very nearby. In fact, all the amenities of Carlton Landing are accessible from Chandler’s Cottage by sidewalk and boardwalk.
