The Sunshine house is the quintessential Carlton Landing cottage. Located in the coveted micro neighborhood- “The Borough”, this brick two story home will delight you with details. The East facing porch at The Sunshine House features a yellow front door with a darling yellow porch swing to match. The Borough has a shared fire pit where guests can gather and enjoy cool summer evenings with their friends and family.

Inside you will enjoy a gorgeous open concept living space featuring a pull out sofa for extra guests, flat screen tv, and luxurious furnishings. The exposed brick interior allows colorful art to pop off the walls! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and essentials you will need during your stay. 4 barstools and an oversized kitchen island welcome you to enjoy meals with your group. Your vacation should be no work, all play! We provide grocery and meal delivery when you make arrangements in advance of your stay.

On the second floor you will find the full bathroom with great natural light plus a lighted vanity and tiled shower. The master suite boasts a view out to the courtyard, a king bed, built in shelving, a flat screen tv and cozy sleeping loft with a queen size bed. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level, but please don't do too many chores. You're at the lake!
