We are owned by local residents, the Ham Family, who are enjoying their fourth year of full-time living, working, playing, and attending school and church in Carlton Landing. Our goal is to serve our neighbors well as they open up their lake homes to guests. For our guests, we are committed to providing a seamless experience and personalized touch that will make this the most amazing lake vacation you can imagine!
Operations Manager
McKinsi Pingleton is a long time Eufaula Oklahoma resident. She is married with one little boy, Cooper, and a baby girl due in August. She is finishing her marketing degree through University of Central Oklahoma & is excited to use her expertise in marketing and her knowledge of “lake-life” to provide excellent guest services for Carlton Landing Vacations!
