Rising along Lower Green Way with a striking black and white exterior, this chic home combines modern architecture with warm desert inspired accents, natural wood, and dramatic dark tile. Lake views greet you on every level, while curated textiles and original artwork add depth and character throughout. A whole-home sound system, controlled by an iPad, allows you to set the perfect mood throughout your stay.

Parking is effortless with garage space for one vehicle and driveway parking for four more. A Tesla charger is available in the garage. A four-person golf cart with cargo bed is included; perfect for hauling lake gear or bringing home all the goodies you find at the Carlton Landing Pop-Up Shops. Two adult size electric bikes are also included. Entering the home on the garage level, there is an indoor pet area complete with a dog bed, crate and gate. Guests are welcome to bring one dog, but please do tell us in advance that your pet will be coming. 

Main Living Level: 

The second floor opens into a breathtaking living space designed for gathering. The chef’s kitchen features a black Dacor appliances, dual islands, industrial-style open shelving, a beverage fridge, built-in ice maker (Sonic Style), Keurig single/pot combo machine, and two sinks for effortless entertaining. Electric blinds operate at the touch of a button.

A spacious dining table seats eight, and four more can dine on the nearby island. The designer furnished living room centers around a floor-to-ceiling stucco gas fireplace. Step out to the screened balcony to enjoy another fireplace, television, cushioned seating, and serene lake views.

This level also includes:

• Powder bath

• A large laundry/mudroom with abundant storage

• Direct access to the backyard and pool area, including a dog door

• A king suite with a spa-like ensuite bath and blackout electric shades. This suite is perfect for any travelers who have a hard time with stairs, since they could enter the home on this level, eat, sleep and recreate without ever needing to climb stairs. There is a door to this level of the home, accessible by parking at the top of the driveway. 

Backyard Oasis

Professionally landscaped with natural stone, evergreens, and ambient lighting, the backyard offers a private resort experience with a two-level pool:

Upper Patio:

• 5.5 ft deep pool

• Solo Stove with seating

• Lounge chairs and umbrella

Lower Terrace:

• 4.5 ft heated pool with built-in seating

(Please note: Though the backyard is fully fenced, the pool is not separately fenced—mindful supervision is required for children and pets.)

Third Level -  A Haven for Families

This level is beautifully designed for comfort and relaxation with a stair gate for pets and safety:

Family Suite:

A queen bed plus a full size bed in a low loft with a cozy play/lounge area underneath, blackout electric shades, widescreen TV, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and closet.

Bunk Suite:

Two queen beds (bunk-style), built-in staircase, Sony PlayStation 5, TV, custom cabinetry to store luggage, and ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. This room could be comfortable for adults or children. 

Primary Suite:

Double doors open to a serene retreat with a black iron chandelie, two armchairs, blackout electric shades, and a king bed. The ensuite bathroom features floor-to-ceiling windows, electric blinds, a lake-view soaking tub, double vanities, separate toilet room, and a large walk-in shower with rain head and wand. Step outside to your private screened balcony with a fireplace, overlooking the lake and tennis courts; an exquisite place to begin or end your day.

There are high-quality linen sheets on all beds. A second laundry room is also located on this level. 

Fourth & Fifth Levels – Towers in the Sky

At the top of the stairs awaits a kids’ paradise; a game room with child-sized seating, board games, beverage fridge, snack counter, and a half bath. Step through the door to the 4th-floor tower, featuring twinkle lights, a ping-pong table, and beautiful lake views.

Continue upward to the 5th-floor, open-air tower, one of the highest viewpoints in Carlton Landing. With 360° views of Lake Eufaula and the rooftops below, this magical perch becomes the perfect place for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, or unforgettable stargazing.
